Terms

The contract in brief

Rights
Website, social media and promoted posts, newsletters, presentations. Worldwide, 5 years, exclusive to you. TV and outdoor advertising — separately.
Revisions
One round of revisions per short video, two per film.
Music
Licensed; original music from a sound designer — at extra cost.
Travel
Free within 50 km of Chartres; further away, travel costs are built into the quote.
Payment
Subscription — invoiced at the start of each month; one-off projects — 30% deposit.
Rescheduling
Free with 48 hours' notice.
Raw footage
Kept for 6 months, handed over on request at extra cost.
Language
Topics, questions and script in writing: in English or French. Calls in English, French, or Russian.

Can be added to any plan: €30 per short video, €60 per film and €30 a month for the report.
