The Objective

Le Galludec Marqueterie creates unique pieces. The challenge was not just to highlight the beauty of this craft, but above all to encourage current and potential clients to step through the doors of the boutique-workshop in Chartres.

The goal was to build trust through an interview with the artisan and to highlight her jewelry as an accessible entry-level product.

The Approach

Even before drafting the script and questions, I discussed the customer journey with the client to identify the main entry point.

To build this film, I relied on the AIDA marketing framework (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action), which guided the choice of questions and the narrative arc. This approach in no way compromised the visual and artistic dimension of the work: the artisan's story unfolds fluidly and naturally.

The film concludes with a final shot that subtly and authentically invites viewers to discover the boutique.

The Shoot

We validated the questions and the shooting schedule in writing beforehand. Filming took place over a single day at the workshop, structured into three key stages:

The interview: Conducted right at the start of the day to preserve Lydwine's energy and spontaneity on camera.

The craft in action: Several hours dedicated to capturing detailed, close-up shots of every meticulous step of her work.

Exterior shots: At the end of the day, we took advantage of the beautiful late-afternoon light to film a few sequences of the artisan in the city streets.

The Result

We produced a high-quality video asset designed for the website, social media, and exhibition stands.

The main deliverable is a 16:9 portrait film running 4 minutes and 35 seconds. From this film, we created a series of vertical videos for Instagram Reels. By September 2026, these short formats had generated a total of 3,670 views, with a local French audience averaging 88%.

This strategy boosted the workshop's visibility, in Chartres and beyond.
